Pick bin or box? A pick bin sits on the picking shelf, so the picker takes stock straight from it. A box is bulk storage, held back until it is needed to refill a pick bin. Both hold up to 60×40×40cm; the difference is where your stock sits, not how much of it you can keep.

Shipping
We ship on our negotiated Royal Mail, Evri and DPD rates and pass them through with a small handling margin, itemised on every invoice. For most sellers our rates beat what you pay on your own account. Prefer your own carrier accounts? Label handling is a flat 40p per parcel.
What we don't charge
No monthly minimums. No account management fees. No card surcharges. No exit fees. No onboarding fee. Integration setup is a single £150 charge on the table above, and it never recurs. If a charge isn't on this page or your quote, you don't pay it.

At 1,000 orders a month the pick and pack rate drops to 95p for the first item and 22p for each extra one, which is why the cost per order falls even though orders carry more items. New clients store up to 10 pallets free for their first 30 days, and a 20p per order peak surcharge applies in November and December only. The one-off £150 integration setup is not included because it is charged once, not monthly.

Pricing, answered straight
What does “from 85p per order” actually include?
The pick, the pack, the packaging materials and the dispatch. The first item in an order is £1.10 under 1,000 orders a month, £0.95 from 1,000 to 3,000 and 85p above 3,000, and each additional item in the same order is 25p, 22p and 20p on those same tiers. Single-SKU simple products start at 85p from the outset. Your price falls as your volume rises, on the same published card. Postage is charged separately at our negotiated carrier rates. A typical single-item parcel lands at £3.50 to £5.50 all in.
Are there setup fees, minimums or a lock-in?
Just one: connecting your sales channels is a one-off £150 that covers every channel and never recurs. There is no onboarding fee, no minimum order volume and no minimum monthly spend. Terms are rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, and if you leave we hand your stock back at the published goods-out rates. There is no exit fee.
How is storage charged?
By the pallet, pick bin or box you actually occupy, from 20p a box a week, billed monthly in arrears alongside your fulfilment charges. You are not asked to commit to space in advance.
Does anything change at peak?
Yes, and it is on the rate card rather than in the small print: a 20p per order peak surcharge applies in November and December. It is shown on every quote, so the number you agree in August is the number you can plan against in November.
Which charges are not on your rate card?
None that we can foresee. The whole reason the card is public is that hidden charges are the main reason sellers leave a 3PL. If you want to know what to interrogate in anyone's contract, ours included, we wrote up the five charges that usually live outside the rate card.
What does fulfilment cost at 100, 500 or 1,000 orders a month?
On our published rate card, a typical month works out at about £144 for 100 single-item orders (£1.44 an order), £726 for 500 orders (£1.45 an order) and £1,296 for 1,000 orders (£1.30 an order), counting pick and pack, packaging handling, storage, 3% returns and goods-in. Postage and packaging materials are extra and charged at cost. The worked examples on this page show every line.
