Who it's for

Doing 100 orders a month or 10,000? You're home.

We fulfil small, light, non-perishable products, typically parcels under 2kg: cosmetics, supplements, accessories, prints, games, crafts, pet products, phone cases. If it's heavy, hazardous, chilled or oversized, we'll say so upfront and point you somewhere better suited.

Full service (most sellers)

We generate labels on our negotiated carrier accounts (Royal Mail, Evri, DPD) and dispatch. Our volume rates usually beat what you pay on your own, and there's one invoice for everything.

Your labels, our hands

Already have carrier accounts you love? Keep them. Your system sends us the labels, we pack and hand parcels to your carriers for a flat handling fee.

Why sellers switch

Why small sellers leave their last 3PL

Most sellers who move to us are not new to fulfilment. They are leaving another provider, and they tell us the same three things: the charges kept changing, the communication stopped once the contract was signed, and returns were never dealt with properly. So those are the three things the service is built around.

Charges that moved after signing

Our rate card is public, and the price we quote is the price we lock in. Nothing is added later: no account fees, no card surcharges, no exit fees, and the November peak charge is on the card too. The charges other 3PLs keep in the contract are written up if you want to compare.

Communication that went quiet

You deal directly with the people handling your stock, not a ticket queue, and we reply within 2 hours in business hours. Your client portal holds every itemised invoice, every delivery into the warehouse and every conversation with us, so nothing is hidden and nothing needs chasing.

Returns nobody dealt with

Every return is received, inspected, graded and restocked or set aside within 3 working days, at £2 a unit, and you get a monthly report on all of them. How we handle returns is published in full.

The numbers

What we commit to, and what we actually hit

We commit to 99.5% dispatch accuracy or better and report against it every month. In practice our pick accuracy averages 99.8%, and so does our same-day dispatch rate for orders in before the 2pm cut-off.

Our clients range from a few dozen orders a day to several hundred. The same team, the same cut-off and the same rate card apply at every size, and we scale with what you bring rather than asking you to reach a minimum first.

Six months in, in a client’s own words

“The charge is around 95p per box, so it’s a brilliant value for money. They have a brilliant system in place. The orders get to the customers almost immediately.” Asked whether anything had gone wrong: “We have no complaints.”

Hassan is a Rochdale seller turning over around £100,000 a year. He packed orders at home until the business outgrew the house, has been with us six months, and is planning to scale again next year. He said all of it on camera, and the interview is on our Instagram if you would rather hear it from him than read it here.

Is it time?

When a 3PL makes sense for a small business

A 3PL, or third-party logistics provider, stores your stock and picks, packs and ships your orders for you. For a small business the real question is rarely whether it is cheaper per parcel than doing it yourself. It is whether packing is eating the hours you should be spending on selling.

The usual signs: orders take up most of your evenings, stock has outgrown the spare room, a busy week means parcels going out late, or you are turning down wholesale and marketplace orders because you cannot pack them. What stays yours is your products, your brand, your customers and, if you want them, your carrier accounts. What we take on is storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and a monthly report on all of it.

If you are at around 100 orders a month, here is how fulfilment works at that size, and what to ask any provider before you sign.

Onboarding

Onboarding starts the day you say yes

Once your stock arrives, you are ready to take orders within 3 days. Everything on our side is set up while your stock travels, so how soon you go live depends mostly on how quickly it reaches us.

1

The day you say yes

We agree your itemised quote, open your client portal account and start your written onboarding plan the same day.

2

While your stock travels

We set up your store integrations for a one-off £150, agree packaging specs, and you ship us your stock. It is booked in within 48 hours of arrival.

3

Within 3 days of arrival

We run test orders end to end, you approve the packaging, and real orders start flowing. Your evenings are yours again.

Questions sellers ask before they switch

Fulfilment, answered straight

How fast will my orders actually ship?

Orders received, paid and free of holds before our 2pm cut-off on a working day are dispatched that day. Anything after it goes the next working day. The cut-off is the same one written into our terms of service.

Can I keep my own carrier accounts?

Yes. We ship on our negotiated Royal Mail, Evri and DPD rates by default and pass them through with a small handling margin, itemised on every invoice. If you already have carrier accounts you would rather keep, we will generate labels on yours instead for a flat 40p per parcel.

How do I get stock to you, and how quickly is it sellable?

Ship cartons or pallets to our Rochdale warehouse. We inspect, count and book everything into stock within 48 hours of arrival, and you see it in your dashboard. Book deliveries in with us before they travel. An unannounced pallet arrives with no paperwork attached to it and sits in goods-in instead of going to a shelf.

Is my stock insured while it is with you?

Yes. We carry goods-in-trust insurance covering client stock in our care, alongside public and employers' liability cover. Certificates are available on request.

Can I visit the warehouse?

By arrangement, yes. It is a working warehouse rather than a walk-in site, so ask first and we will book you in. Your stock lives at Duke Street Mill, Rochdale, OL12 0LW, and you are welcome to look at the building before you send anything to it. Our company details are published in full, including the company number, so you can check us out first.

What do you do differently from other UK 3PLs?

Three things, because they are the three reasons sellers tell us they left their last provider. Our pricing is published and locked in when you sign, so it does not move afterwards. You deal directly with the team handling your stock, with a reply within 2 hours in business hours. And your client portal holds every invoice, delivery and conversation, so nothing is hidden from you.

How accurate is your picking?

Our published commitment is 99.5% dispatch accuracy or better, reported to you every month. Our actual pick accuracy averages 99.8%, and so does the share of orders placed before the 2pm cut-off that leave the same day.

What happens if I outgrow you?

There is no volume at which we ask you to leave. What changes as you grow is the pricing conversation: above a few thousand orders a month you move from the published rate card to a volume-banded quote, and we will tell you plainly if a larger 3PL can genuinely beat it. Rolling monthly terms exist so that staying with us is a decision rather than a trap.
