Your first 30 days of storage, free

Send your stock to our Rochdale warehouse and we will not charge you storage on it for 30 days. No order minimum, no setup fee, no commitment beyond a rolling month. It is one line, it applies from the day your stock is booked in, and every condition attached to it is published further down this page rather than kept in a sales call.

30 days from goods-in. Up to 2 pallets. New clients. Nothing else changes.

The offer

One rule, and it fits in a sentence

Storage is free for the first 30 days after your first consignment is booked into stock. That is the whole mechanic. It does not depend on how many orders you ship, whether you ship any at all, or how quickly you get your listings live.

We chose a fixed window on purpose. An offer that runs “until your first sale” sounds more generous and behaves worse: it charges the sellers who are working and subsidises the ones who never switch their store on. A date you can put in your calendar is easier to plan against and harder to argue about.

What it is worth. On our published rate card a full pallet is £3.50 a week and a shelf location is £5.00 a month. So the waiver is worth roughly £15 to £30 for a typical first month. We are not going to dress that up as the reason to choose a fulfilment partner. It is worth having, it removes one line from your first invoice while you are still finding out whether the product sells, and it is one of several things on this site that cost you nothing: onboarding is £0, integration setup is £0, and there is no monthly minimum.

The honest part

What the offer does not cover

Storage is one line on a fulfilment invoice, and this offer waives that line only. Everything else runs at the published rate from day one. Here is the full list, so nothing arrives as a surprise on your first bill.

Parcel delivery received & booked in£5.00 per delivery

Handling that sits outside normal fulfilment is also charged normally: re-labelling, re-bagging, moving your goods at your request, disposal, and anything quoted per SKU. All prices exclude VAT. Storage is billed monthly in arrears, so your waived days show as a nil storage line rather than as a credit that turns up later.

Who it is for

Two kinds of seller, one offer

If you are launching a product and do not yet know whether it sells. You have bought your first run, you think it will move, and you would rather not find out in your spare room. Thirty days is long enough to get your listings live, run some traffic at them and see what comes back, without a storage line running against a product that has not proved itself yet.

If you buy to resell. Clearance, wholesale, arbitrage: your stock arrives in bulk, often faster than it sells, and the cost of holding it is the number that decides whether a deal was worth doing. The waiver gives you a month of holding cost at zero on your first consignment while you work out what your real turn rate through our warehouse looks like.

One thing worth saying plainly to the second group: after day 30 the rate card applies, and stock that has not moved in twelve months carries a 50% aged-stock surcharge. We warn you at nine months rather than springing it. If your model depends on holding stock for a long time at a low cost, a fulfilment warehouse is the wrong shape of building and we would rather tell you now.

The conditions

Eligibility, in full

Published here rather than described as “terms apply”. If you meet these, you qualify; there is nothing else to negotiate.

1. New clients only

One waiver per business, applied to your first inbound consignment. Businesses under common ownership count as one business.

2. Up to 2 full pallet spaces, or up to 10 shelf locations

A shelf location is up to 60×40×40cm. Space above the cap is charged at the published rate from day one, and we will tell you before it happens rather than after.

3. The 30 days start when your stock is booked in

Not when you sign, not when the courier collects. We inspect, count and book goods into stock within 48 hours of arrival; the clock starts on that date and runs for 30 consecutive calendar days. It does not pause and it does not extend.

4. Your stock needs to reach us within 30 days of opening your account

The offer is for sellers who are moving now, not a voucher to hold indefinitely.

5. Standard goods only

The same categories we accept generally: small, light, non-perishable products. Nothing hazardous, chilled, oversized or restricted. If we cannot store it, we cannot store it free either.

6. It does not stack

Not combinable with any other storage discount or promotional rate.

7. Stock that goes quiet

If your goods are still with us 90 days after booking in with no orders dispatched and no instructions from you, our standard aged-stock and goods-out terms apply. We will contact you before anything happens.

8. We can close the offer to new sign-ups

Withdrawal never affects a waiver that has already started. If your 30 days are running, they run.

These conditions form part of your agreement with us and sit alongside our terms of service. Where the two differ, the terms of service govern.

Day 31

What happens when the 30 days end

Nothing dramatic. Storage starts billing at the published rate, on the space you actually occupy, and you will have had a month of real invoices by then to compare against.

SpaceRate from day 31
Shelf location (up to 60×40×40cm)£5.00 / month
Half pallet£2.00 / week
Full pallet£3.50 / week
Aged stock (unmoved 12+ months)+50%, and we warn you at 9 months

You are never asked to commit to space in advance, and you are only charged for what you occupy. If it turns out fulfilment is not for you, billing is rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice, there is no exit fee, and your stock comes back at the published goods-out rates. The decision is reversible, which is rather the point.

Getting it

How to claim it

Ask for a quote and say you want the 30 days. We confirm it in writing with your rate card, before your stock travels, along with the date the free period will start and the date it ends. If you would rather talk it through first, contact us and we will go through the numbers on your actual volumes.

The rest is the normal route in: our 14-day onboarding plan takes you from kick-off to go-live, we connect Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop for you free, and orders in before our 5pm cut-off dispatch the same working day.

Questions before you send stock

The free storage offer, answered straight

When exactly do the 30 days start?

On the date your first consignment is booked into stock, which is normally within 48 hours of it arriving at our Rochdale warehouse. Not when you sign up and not when your courier collects. We confirm the start and end dates to you in writing.

What if I do not receive any orders in the 30 days?

Nothing changes. The waiver is a fixed 30-day window, not a promise tied to your first sale, so it neither ends early because you sold something nor runs on because you did not. On day 31 storage starts billing at the published rate.

Does the free period end as soon as I get my first order?

No. You can ship as many orders as you like during the 30 days and the storage waiver is unaffected. Pick and pack, packaging and postage are charged normally throughout.

How much stock can I store free?

Up to 2 full pallet spaces, or up to 10 shelf locations, where a shelf location is up to 60×40×40cm. Anything above that is charged at the published rate from day one, and we tell you before it happens.

What am I still paying during the free period?

Everything that is not storage. Goods-in is £5.00 per parcel delivery or £10.00 per pallet, SKU setup is £1.50 one-off, pick and pack starts at 85p, returns are £2.00 per unit, and postage is at our negotiated carrier rates. The full list is in the table above and on the rate card.

Can I get it if I am already a client?

No. It is for new clients only, one waiver per business, on your first inbound consignment. Businesses under common ownership count as one.

Do I have to sign a contract to get it?

No more than any other client. Billing is rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice and no exit fee. The offer does not lock you in and does not extend your notice period.

What happens to my stock if the product does not sell?

You can have it back. Goods-out is charged at the same rates as goods-in and there is no exit penalty. What we would ask is that you tell us: stock sitting here for 90 days with no orders and no instructions falls under our standard aged-stock and goods-out terms, and we would always rather have the conversation first.
