We are a fulfilment business, not an agency. Everyone here is on our own books, the shifts are ours to plan, and the person who picks an order is the person who hears when it lands well.
Competitive pay, and a route up
Pay is reviewed against the Real Living Wage rather than the legal minimum, and we say what the next step looks like before you take the first one. Several of our team started on picking and now run their own shift.
A team small enough to know
You will know the name of everyone on the floor within a week, including whoever owns the company. Problems get raised in person rather than logged in a queue.
Modern systems, not clipboards
Handheld scanners, a warehouse management system that tells you where a SKU actually is, and printed pick paths. Nobody is counting stock on paper.
Training that is paid for
Forklift tickets, manual handling and health and safety are funded by us, and the training happens on shift rather than in your own time.
Steady work in a growing sector
E-commerce fulfilment does not stop. Volumes rise into peak and settle after it, but the work is year-round rather than seasonal agency cover.
Straight answers on hours
Shifts are published in advance. If we need extra hands for peak we say so up front, and overtime is offered rather than assumed.

What we hire for
We regularly hire for warehouse operatives, pickers and packers, forklift drivers, and operations and admin roles. We are not running a formal job board yet, so the honest position is this: if one of those sounds like you, send your CV through the form below and tell us which role you are interested in.
