The honest answers
Is my stock insured while it's with you?
Yes. We carry goods-in-trust insurance covering client stock in our care, alongside public and employers' liability cover. Certificates available on request.
What does it really cost per order?
Pick & pack is £1.10 for the first item under 1,000 orders a month, falling to £0.95 and then 85p as you grow, plus 25p, 22p or 20p per additional item on those same tiers. Postage is extra, at our negotiated carrier rates and usually cheaper than what you pay alone. A typical single-item parcel lands at £3.50–£5.50 all-in including postage. Our full rate card is public.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Rolling monthly terms, 30 days' notice, and if you leave we hand your stock back promptly at our published goods-out rates. No exit fees.
What if I only do 100 orders a month?
Then you're exactly who we built this for. No minimum order volume, no minimum monthly spend. Sellers the big 3PLs reject are our core clients.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
