Is my stock insured while it's with you?
Yes. We carry goods-in-trust insurance covering client stock in our care, alongside public and employers' liability cover. Certificates available on request.
What does it really cost per order?
Pick & pack from 85p, plus 25p per additional item, plus postage at our negotiated carrier rates (usually cheaper than what you pay alone). A typical single-item parcel lands at £3.50–£5.50 all-in including postage. Our full rate card is public — see it here.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Rolling monthly terms, 30 days' notice, and if you leave we hand your stock back promptly at our published goods-out rates. No exit fees.
What if I only do 100 orders a month?
Then you're exactly who we built this for. No minimum order volume, no minimum monthly spend. Sellers the big 3PLs reject are our core clients.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop today, with more via our order management system. We set up the integration for you during onboarding at no charge.
