UK fulfilment companies for small businesses: 11 with no minimum
Minimums, prices, storage, setup fees and notice periods, line by line from each provider’s own site.
Comparison
There is no single best UK fulfilment company. There is a best fit for your volume, your sales channels and where your stock needs to be. These are 17 UK 3PLs, grouped by the seller each one is built for, with every fact taken from the company’s own website and a link to the page that says it.

Short answer: as of 1 November 2026, by what each company publishes on its own website.
A note on who wrote this. Angler Fulfilment is one of the 17 companies here. To keep it fair, every row, ours included, is written from that company’s own website, in its own words where we could, and the table is in alphabetical order rather than ranked. The “best for” label on each row comes from what the company says about itself: the volumes it says it suits, the channels it names and the services it lists. If your company is listed and something is wrong or out of date, email info@anglerfulfilment.co.uk and we will correct it within one working day.
“Not published” means we read the home, pricing, FAQ and location pages that exist and did not find it. It does not mean the company has no such charge or limit. Prices are as each site states them, usually before VAT.

Under a few hundred orders a month, a monthly fee or a minimum invoice adds more to each order than any difference in the pick and pack rate. £1,000 a month spread over 200 orders is £5 an order before anything is picked. So the practical shortlist is the providers with no minimum and a published price: Angler Fulfilment (£1.10 first item), Choice Fulfilment (“from £1”), PackPro Fulfilment (90p a single-item order) and Storeship (from £1.20 on its smallest plan). BOXstation and MBL Fulfilment also say they have no minimum and quote on request.
Headline prices describe the simplest order, so compare a whole month. A two-item order is £1.35 with us and £1.50 at PackPro before packaging, because extra items cost 25p here and 60p there. Our separate comparison of UK 3PLs with no minimum order volume covers storage, setup fees and notice periods line by line.
This is where the bigger names start to say they want you. FULFIL.X in Chadderton suits brands shipping or planning to ship 100 or more orders a month. Gonini takes sellers from 100 orders a month on a platform fee from £499 a month plus usage. Fulfillable advises at least 300 orders a month and applies a £1,000 minimum monthly invoice. Byrd’s smallest band is 500 to 1,000 shipments a month. Huboo says you can get started from £1,500 a month.
At this size, ask how the price changes as you grow and what notice you give to leave. A provider with no minimum is still an option here: our rate card drops to 85p an order from 3,000 orders a month, with no change of contract.
Above a few thousand orders a month, the questions change. Volume pricing matters less than how orders reach the warehouse, how stock is kept accurate and how peak is staffed. The providers publishing the most about scale are J&J Global Fulfilment (9.3 million orders shipped last year, typically brands at 1,000+ orders a month), fulfilmentcrowd (2m+ orders a year from 17 locations), Fulfillable (250,000 parcels a month) and ShipBob UK (50+ locations worldwide).
Angler Fulfilment takes sellers shipping 10,000+ orders a month from one site in Greater Manchester, on a warehouse management system we built and run ourselves. Orders arrive from connected stores, by API and webhooks or by CSV, every pick is scanned against the order, and stock is live in the client portal. How that works at volume is on our high-volume fulfilment page.
Four of the 17 publish an FBA prep service with enough detail to compare. Storeship has an Amazon FBA plan at 25p a label. Angler Fulfilment charges 55p a unit to receive, inspect and FNSKU label, 45p from 1,000 units and 40p from 3,000, with no minimum unit count; polybagging adds 25p. Choice Fulfilment says “We can easily carry out Amazon FBA prep too”, and Ecommerce Fulfilment Centre in Trafford Park lists labelling, bundling, polybagging and pallet prep. DJ Fulfilment lists FBA prep without detail.
Compare FBA prep prices per unit, not per label: some rates cover the label only, others include receiving and inspection. Our FBA prep page shows what our 55p covers.
Six of the 17 have a site in Greater Manchester or nearby: Angler Fulfilment in Rochdale, about 10 miles north-east of Manchester city centre; FULFIL.X in Chadderton; MBL Fulfilment in Eccles; DJ Fulfilment in Radcliffe; Ecommerce Fulfilment Centre in Trafford Park; and fulfilmentcrowd in Irlam, with further sites in Wigan and Chorley. Of these, Angler is the only one that publishes its full rate card; FULFIL.X publishes a worked example and the rest quote.
A local 3PL does not make delivery to your customers faster on its own, because the carrier service and the dispatch cut-off decide that. What it does make easier is visiting the warehouse, dropping stock in, and sorting a problem face to face. More on that in fulfilment services in Greater Manchester.
Nine of the 17 name TikTok Shop on their own websites: Angler Fulfilment, Choice Fulfilment, fulfilmentcrowd, FULFIL.X, Gonini, Huboo (which says it was one of the UK’s first TikTok-certified fulfilment providers), MBL Fulfilment, PackPro Fulfilment and Storeship. TikTok Shop orders tend to arrive in spikes after a video or a live, so ask any provider how quickly it can add packers on a busy day, and what its dispatch cut-off is.
Start with the three facts that rule providers out: your monthly order volume against each one’s minimum, your sales channels against its integrations, and your products against what it handles. Then ask the shortlist for the same thing: an itemised invoice for a normal month of yours, its measured pick accuracy, its dispatch cut-off and its notice period. Our 12 questions to ask a 3PL go through each one, and what fulfilment costs per order in the UK shows the full arithmetic.
Some lists of “best UK fulfilment companies” in circulation are out of date. In our checks, one gave Huboo’s starting price as £1,000 a month when its site now says £1,500, one still used the Bezos.ai name for Gonini, and one placed J&J in Cambridge when its UK site is in Northampton. Check the provider’s own page before you rely on a figure, ours included.
It depends on the seller. On what each company publishes on its own website, checked on 1 November 2026: for small sellers wanting no minimum and a published price, Angler Fulfilment, Choice Fulfilment, PackPro Fulfilment and Storeship; for growing brands from about 100 to 1,000 orders a month, FULFIL.X, Gonini, Fulfillable, Byrd and Huboo; for high-volume brands, J&J Global Fulfilment, fulfilmentcrowd, Fulfillable, ShipBob UK and Angler Fulfilment, which takes sellers shipping 10,000+ orders a month on its own in-house warehouse system.
Of the 17 compared here, Angler Fulfilment, BOXstation, Choice Fulfilment, MBL Fulfilment and PackPro Fulfilment say on their own websites that they have no minimum. Storeship’s plans start at 30 orders a month, with no minimum stated on its Amazon FBA plan. Angler, Choice and PackPro also publish a pick and pack price.
The providers publishing the most about scale are J&J Global Fulfilment (9.3 million orders shipped last year), fulfilmentcrowd (2m+ orders a year from 17 locations), Fulfillable (250,000 parcels a month) and ShipBob UK (50+ locations). Angler Fulfilment in Rochdale takes sellers shipping 10,000+ orders a month on its own in-house warehouse management system, with orders taken by API, webhooks or CSV and every pick scanned.
Six of the 17 have sites in or near Greater Manchester: Angler Fulfilment (Rochdale), FULFIL.X (Chadderton), MBL Fulfilment (Eccles), DJ Fulfilment (Radcliffe), Ecommerce Fulfilment Centre (Trafford Park) and fulfilmentcrowd (Irlam, plus Wigan and Chorley). Angler is the only one of the six that publishes its full rate card, from 85p an order with no minimum.
Storeship has an Amazon FBA plan at 25p a label. Angler Fulfilment charges 55p a unit to receive, inspect and FNSKU label, falling to 40p from 3,000 units, with no minimum. Choice Fulfilment and Ecommerce Fulfilment Centre in Trafford Park also say they do FBA prep, and DJ Fulfilment lists it as a service.
Neither publishes a full per-order price. Huboo says you can get started from £1,500 a month. Gonini charges from £499 a month plus usage, with a minimum of 100 orders a month. Below a few hundred orders a month, a provider with no monthly fee usually costs less per order, so ask each for an itemised invoice for your own volumes.
