Where your stock lives
Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Your stock is stored, picked and packed at Crown Business Park, Crown Top Lane, Rochdale, OL11 2PU.
We would rather you knew that before you asked. Plenty of fulfilment websites never name a building, and a seller sending their entire inventory to a company deserves to know which one it is going to — and to be able to drive there and look at it. If you want to visit before you commit, ask; we would rather show you round than talk you round.
One request: book inbound deliveries in before they travel. An unannounced pallet has no paperwork attached to it, which means it sits in goods-in instead of going straight to a shelf. Booked-in stock is sellable faster.
What we actually do
Fulfilment for the sellers big 3PLs turn away
We pick, pack and dispatch e-commerce orders, prep stock for Amazon FBA, and process returns — for UK sellers doing roughly 100 to 5,000 orders a month.
That range is deliberate. Below it, most sellers are better off packing at home, and we will say so rather than take the work. Above it, you have the volume to interest a large 3PL and negotiate rates we cannot match. In between sits a band that big providers treat as an administrative nuisance: too small for a dedicated account manager, too big to keep doing yourself at eleven o’clock at night.
Orders placed before our 3pm cut-off on a working day are dispatched that day. The full rate card is published on the pricing page — every line of it, including the charges most 3PLs keep in the contract rather than on the website.

Being straight with you
What we are not going to pretend
We publish our rate card because hidden fees are the main reason sellers leave a 3PL, and we would rather lose a quote on price than win one and surprise you in month three.
In the same spirit: we are a young company. If you want references, or to look round before you commit, ask — that is a reasonable thing to want from anyone handling your inventory, and we would rather you asked the hard questions now than found the answers out during peak.
And if we are not the right fit — oversized items, chilled goods, hazardous stock, or volumes outside our range — we will say so on the quote and, where we can, point you at someone who is.
