Fulfilment for high-volume sellers: 10,000+ orders a month
We take on brands shipping 10,000 orders a month and more, from our warehouse in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. Every order runs through a warehouse management system we built and run ourselves.
In short: Angler Fulfilment is a UK 3PL in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, that takes on ecommerce sellers shipping 10,000+ orders a month as well as small sellers. It runs its own in-house warehouse management system (WMS), not rented software. Orders arrive automatically from connected stores, by API or by CSV; every pick, pack and despatch is scanned; the courier label is bought at the pack bench; and tracking goes back to the store on its own. Pick accuracy averages 99.8%, with 99.5% committed in writing. At this volume your quote is built around your SKU count, order profile and carrier mix.
Our own WMS. Live stock. A scan-driven floor. Rolling monthly terms.

For brands shipping 10,000 orders a month and more
If you run operations or ecommerce for a brand at this size, you already know what matters: stock you can trust, orders that leave on time, and a provider who can change something when you ask.
Scaling D2C brands
Your own store is doing the volume, and the provider you started with is struggling to keep up.
Multi-channel sellers
Your store, marketplaces and social shops draw on one pool of stock. The channels we connect are on our integrations page, and anything not shown is confirmed on your quote.
B2B alongside D2C
Bulk shipments to retailers and wholesale customers go out of the same stock as your single parcels.
Amazon FBA alongside your own store
FBA shipments are prepared and labelled with FNSKU barcodes from the same stock. Full details are on FBA prep.
The system behind it
Our own WMS, not a rented one
Most 3PLs run their warehouse on software they licence from someone else. When a client needs a change, it goes into the vendor's queue. We built our warehouse management system ourselves, and we run it ourselves.
The client portal sits on the same system and database as the floor, so the stock figure you see is the one our scanners are working to, with no sync delay.
Changes made by our own team
A new order rule or a new report is made by the people who wrote the system, with no software vendor between your request and the change.
Integration work built for you
If your order flow needs something specific, such as webhooks into your own systems or a channel set up a particular way, we can build it into the system rather than work round it.
Live data, not yesterday's report
Stock reserved, orders on hold and orders despatched today: the portal reads the records the floor writes, as they are written.
No software charges on your invoice
There is no separate charge for the system, the portal or the people who use it, and no account management fee. If a charge is not on our rate card or your itemised quote, you do not pay it.
How an order moves
From order to despatch, without retyping
At 10,000 orders a month, every manual step is a mistake waiting to happen. This is the route every order takes.
The order arrives
Automatically from your connected store (Shopify connects directly), through our order API with API keys and webhooks, or by CSV upload. Nobody retypes it.
Checked and reserved
Each order is checked automatically and its stock is reserved the moment it arrives. If something is wrong, the order is held, and the hold lifts itself when the stock arrives or the address is fixed.
Ship-by date set
The ship-by date follows our cut-offs on its own: 2pm on working days, 1pm on Saturdays, with UK bank holidays applied.
Picked by scan
The picker scans the location and then the item, so the right product comes off the right shelf.
Packed by scan, labelled at the bench
Every item is scanned at packing, and serial numbers can be captured there. The courier label is bought and printed at that moment, so a cancelled order never wastes postage. Royal Mail labels go on our own Royal Mail account.
Despatched by scan
The label is scanned on the way out, the collection manifest is produced from the portal, and tracking is written back to your store automatically.
Controls and visibility
What you can see, and what we commit to in writing
Your client portal
Live stock for each product, every order from arrival to despatch, your returns, itemised invoices you can query line by line, and numbered message tickets that go straight to the team on the floor. More in our client portal write-up.
API and webhooks
Send orders by API with your own keys, and receive updates by webhook, so your own systems stay in step without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
Stock you can trust
Goods-in is received and put away by scan, and stock is booked in within 48 hours of arrival. Blind stock counts mean the counter is not shown the expected figure first. Reports cover aged stock, expiry dates and batch recall.
Compliance and cover
We are approved under HMRC's Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme, URN XPFH00000101272, and we carry goods-in-trust insurance on client stock in our care.
Beyond the single parcel
B2B, FBA, bundles and returns from one stock pool
Bulk B2B shipments to retailers and wholesale buyers, and Amazon FBA shipments with FNSKU labels, go out of the same stock as your D2C orders. Bundles and kit builds are made up on site. Returns are logged and graded within 3 working days at £2 a unit, and how we handle them is published on returns processing.
Peak
Peak, planned in the open
Our cut-offs are published: 2pm on working days and 1pm on Saturdays, and 2pm is what we work to in November and December. Clause 10.4 of our terms of service allows the published cut-off to change at peak. If it changes, you are told in advance, not after an order has missed it.
Switching
Moving from another 3PL
Onboarding starts the day you say yes. We set up your sales channels while your stock is on its way, for a one-off £150 that covers every channel. Stock is booked in within 48 hours of arrival, and you are ready to take orders within 3 days of it arriving. The steps are set out in our 3PL onboarding plan.
Terms are rolling monthly with 30 days' notice and no exit penalty, and if you ever leave, your stock is handed back.
Pricing at volume
What we need for a high-volume quote
Our published rate card already falls to 85p for the first item from 3,000 orders a month. At 10,000 and above, your itemised written quote is built around your own profile. These are the details it is built from.
| What to send | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Monthly orders, and your peak months | Sets the labour and space we plan for you |
| SKU count | Decides how much pick-face space you need |
| Average items per order | Drives the pick and pack price per order |
| Product sizes and weights | Sets storage, packaging and postage |
| Sales channels | Tells us which connections to set up |
| Carriers and services | Shapes the carrier mix your quote is built on |
| B2B and FBA needs | Bulk shipments and FNSKU labelling are priced in |
Small sellers too. High volume is not a minimum. We still take on sellers at a few hundred orders a month, on the same floor and the same system, and that service is on our ecommerce fulfilment page.
