Our client portal is live

Invoices, verification, payment confirmations and messaging, in one secure place. Every Angler client now gets an account.

Until now, working with us meant email. Invoices arrived as attachments, onboarding documents went back and forth in threads, and if you wanted to know whether a payment had landed, you asked and waited for a reply. That worked at ten clients. It does not scale honestly past that, so we built a portal.

portal.anglerfulfilment.co.uk is live for every client. It is not a marketing feature; it is where the paperwork side of your fulfilment now happens.

What you can do in it

  • Onboarding and verification. Upload your business documents once, watch review progress, and see exactly what is outstanding. No more “did you get my certificate?” emails.
  • Invoices, properly. Every invoice as an itemised PDF against the published rate card, with its full payment history. When you pay by bank transfer, upload the remittance screenshot and press Confirm payment; we verify it and the invoice flips to paid on both sides. No guessing.
  • Messages that behave like tickets. Conversations are numbered, have a clear status (new, being handled, waiting on you, resolved), and messages appear instantly, with typing indicators, so it feels like chat rather than email roulette. Attachments are virus-scanned before anyone can open them.
  • Notifications. A new invoice, a verification decision or a reply shows up in the portal the moment it happens, with an email as backup, and you control which emails you get.

The boring parts we took seriously

The portal runs on EU infrastructure with the database, files and backups all held in the EU. Sign-in supports two-factor authentication, every file upload is malware-scanned before it is stored, and every action lands in a tamper-evident audit log. Nightly backups are tested with real restore drills, not assumed to work. None of this is visible on a good day, which is rather the point.

Registration is invitation-only: every account is created with a key we issue during onboarding, so nobody outside your team ends up inside your data.

How to get access

Existing clients: you have an invitation in your inbox already; if it has expired, reply to it or message us and we will send a fresh one. New clients get portal access as part of onboarding, on day one, before the first carton arrives.

Something in the portal that does not behave, or a feature you wish it had? Tell us. It was built for you, and the roadmap is driven by what clients actually ask for, not what looks good in a screenshot.
